hour” in student’s room under supervision, in addition individual
study in the “learning centre”. Upper level 17:30 to 18:30 quiet hour.

Housekeeping cleaning of rooms, corridors and bathrooms by LSH housekeeping staff
Students keep rooms tidy, make beds, take out trash
Illness school infirmary with trained medical staff. A physician is present
twice a week. Medication is dispensed by the infirmary.

POL&IS political simulation exercise POL&IS in cooperation with
the Bundeswehr, takes place annually.
Probationary Period each new student has a probationary period of three months
trial residence is possible after consultation.
Projects in the classroom, especially in comprehensive courses (see
there also), as well as in the form of UNESCO activities,
also in the areas of music, art and theatre.
Every year there is a day-long project.

Report Cards Mid-year (Jan./Feb.)+year end, in between oral progress
reports (so-called “stripes”). Information days>on opening
day after the Christmas break and on Parents’ Weekend
Riding several school ponies and horses are available. We have
10 stalls for privately-owned horses. They can also be kept
outside. Professional supervision is provided. (Instruction:
show jumping A-L, dressage A-M)
Rooms as a rule> double occupancy. Standard furnishings (school
property): bed, wardrobe, desk, bookcase, chair, curtains+
space for own small items of furniture; rooms in various
residence halls>differing layouts

Each student is personally responsible for keeping the room
